About this template
Office birthday video template for a colleague, in a square 1:1 format for Slack, Teams, LinkedIn or the company feed. Fifteen seconds of workplace footage cut on an upbeat tune: the team surprising a colleague at her desk with a banner, flowers handed over, a cake being cut in the lounge and a selfie in paper hats. Priya and the Growth team are fictional.
The design borrows from a clean product interface. A white message card at the bottom holds a round avatar with an initial, the greeting in bold navy type, a grey line that changes with every scene and a blue progress bar. Above the card, name chips with coloured dots pop in one after another like signatures on a shared card, a blue chip in the corner names the team and a party popper emoji swings in the opposite corner.
Replace the clips with photos or videos from your office, put the colleague's name and initial on the card, list the people who signed, change the team name and colours to your brand, and post the greeting in the channel before the cake is gone.
