About this template
Comic-book birthday template for a dog, in a square 1:1 format for Instagram, Facebook and pet community groups. Fifteen seconds of studio footage cut hard between four scenes: a terrier in a green party hat, two pups with balloons, a dog guarding a cake and presents and a shar pei in a pink hat, with a colour flash on every cut. Biscuit and the party are fictional.
Everything is drawn like a comic panel: a thick black frame, a tilted yellow title block in bold comic lettering, a blue name tag that swings, and a white speech bubble with a new bark for each scene. A paw-print and a bone emoji float beside the dog, and a blue strip along the bottom holds a red "treat meter" that fills during the clip plus the invitation line with day, time and place.
Replace the clips with videos of your own pet, change the name and age, rewrite the barks, and post a birthday greeting or an invitation to the dog park.
