A card rather than a poster: this 2:3 birthday greeting template is soft enough to send to one friend instead of posting to a feed. Four pastel clips crossfade slowly behind a translucent white card over fifteen seconds: pink tulips, a cupcake with a candle among balloons, small flowers on pink paper and pink balloons, all under a light white wash. Mia and the senders are fictional.
The card opens with "for you", a flowing script "Happy Birthday", the name, a three-line wish in small capitals, a sage rule and a "with love" sign-off from the senders. Halfway through it changes to "make a wish": a small candle with a flickering gold flame, "blow out the candle", a hairline wish timer that fills as the seconds pass, the age line and the same sign-off. Two blush petals float in the corners of the card. A soft piano plays underneath. Sacramento script and Josefin Sans on cream, blush, rose, sage and gold keep everything quiet.
Type the name, age, wish and sign-off, swap the clips for your own photos or keep the pastel footage, and send the card as a message or a story.
