About this template
Elegant birthday video template for a mother, in a 4:5 portrait format for the Instagram and Facebook feed or a family chat. Fifteen seconds of garden footage fade softly from scene to scene: a long table dressed with flowers and candles, bunting being hung between the trees, a toast under string lights and a close-up of pale peonies. The family and the party are fictional.
The lower part of the frame is a cream invitation panel, with a thin gold frame around the whole picture and a round monogram on the panel edge. "Happy Birthday, Mum" is written in a flowing script, and under it a line in a classic serif changes with each scene, from a thank-you to a closing wish. Small caps give the day and hour between two gold rules, blush petals drift down over the footage and a gold hairline fills along the bottom as the clip plays, all to a gentle folk guitar.
Swap the clips for videos from your own garden or family album, change Mum to Grandma, Nana or a name, rewrite the lines and the date, and send a greeting or an invitation to a summer lunch.
