About this template
Groovy 70s birthday video template in a vertical 9:16 format for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Stories. Fifteen seconds of disco footage cut hard on the groove: dancing against a pink wall, a gold pleated dress in red light, glitter blown at the camera, roller skates at sunset and friends dancing with tinsel, with a cream flash on every cut and a warm tint over everything. Jess and the party are fictional.
The type is rounded retro lettering with a drop shadow in mustard, cream and pink: "Happy Birthday", then the name and age with a second line, then the party night with date, time, venue and dress code. A sunburst of rotating bars spins behind a cream age badge, a mirror-ball dot pulses with the kick of the music, a story-style progress bar runs along the top and an RSVP button closes the clip. All text stays inside the safe zone of the Reels interface.
Swap the clips for your own videos, change the name, age and party details, pick other colours and post the invitation or greeting in minutes.
