Indoor cycling class video template in a vertical 9:16 format for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Shorts with the look of a dark studio under club lights. Fifteen seconds cut on a techno loop move through a ride: a rider alone in a hazy hall, a hand tight on the handlebar, a close-up mid-effort and two riders pushing side by side.
Wide white capitals, hot magenta and cyan sit over the footage. The class name stays at the top under a thin story bar. Each scene is one interval — warm up, climb, sprint, recover — with a numbered chip and a big title, and two dark tiles show the numbers: the cadence, which climbs and falls with every interval, and the calories, which count up through the whole clip. A magenta spectrum moves with the music and the frame flashes softly on the bass. A booking button with the class time appears in the last scene. Burn Ride is a fictional studio.
