Gym open day video template in a 5:4 landscape format for the Facebook and Instagram feed, designed like an old varsity poster. Fifteen seconds cut on a rock groove move through a strength gym: iron plates on the rack, chalk rubbed into the hands, a plate slid onto the bar and a heavy deadlift.
Cream slab lettering sits over dark, moody footage. The founding year stands between two rules and small red stars, the club name fills the width of the frame, and a cream strip under it carries the second line in wide-spaced capitals. One offer per scene appears in the middle of the frame with a short line of detail: the date of the open day, a welcome for all levels, the times of the free intro lifts and a first month free. A red round stamp lands in the last scene, and a cream bar along the bottom holds the address under a red progress line. Iron Works Barbell Club is a fictional gym.
