About this template

Delivery explainer video template in a square 1:1 format for Instagram, Facebook and a help centre, built like the tracking screen in the app. Fifteen seconds on a trotting marimba show the sorting centre, the courier at the door, the handover and the parcel on the step.

The footage plays in a rounded window with a status line typed in per scene like a push notification. Beside it a white tracking card lists four stops — depot, on the van, nearby, delivered — down a dotted line, with a van sticker that rides from stop to stop as the scenes change and an ETA counting down in the corner. A headline explains the four scans, the on-time rate counts up and a navy button tracks a parcel. Swiftpost is a fictional carrier.

Replace the clips with your own fleet, rename the stops and statuses, set the ETA and the rate, and answer the most-asked support question before it is asked.
