About this template

Mortgage video template in a vertical 9:16 format for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Shorts that answers the first question of every buyer: what would this home cost a month? Fifteen seconds cut on a lo-fi electric piano show a couple among moving boxes, papers being checked, a signature and a set of keys held up to the camera.

The design is a calculator in navy and mint with clean type and a monospace detail. A card shows the home price, and with every scene the down payment moves from zero to ten and twenty percent: the knob slides along the bar, the amount counts up and the estimated monthly payment counts down to its new value. The rate and term sit beside the result with a short note that the figures are an illustration. A brand tag and the question stay at the top, a story bar tracks the clip and a pre-approval button closes it. Keystone Home Loans is a fictional broker.

Replace the clips with your own, set the price, the three down payments and their payments, change the rate, and turn a dry calculation into a reel people finish.
