Release notes video template in a square 1:1 format for LinkedIn, X, an in-app announcement or a changelog page. Fifteen seconds on a minimal house groove present a product update, with footage of a backlit keyboard, code on a screen, a team review and the app on a phone.
The design is a changelog card in a developer look — near-black with green, blue, orange and purple tags and monospaced details. The version number counts up to the new release on the footage. Four change rows stand below with their tags from the start, and in every scene one change is typed into its row under a green outline that moves down the list. Two counters show commits and fixes, and an update button closes the card. Tidepool is a fictional app.
Replace the clips, set your version, rewrite the four changes and their tags, and announce a release in the time it takes to read the changelog title.
