About this template
Community bulletin video template in a 5:4 format for Facebook groups, a neighbourhood newsletter or a screen in a community centre. Fifteen seconds on a whistled reggae loop share four notices for the week, with footage of a street market, a community garden, a library and a playground.
The design is a noticeboard: cork in a wooden frame, a pinned polaroid with a handwritten caption and four coloured paper notes pinned beside it. The notes hang from the start with their day on top. In each scene one note is written by hand, letter by letter, and gets one line of detail underneath. A handwritten footer invites more news and a share button closes the board. Elm Park is a fictional neighbourhood.
Replace the clips, rename the bulletin, rewrite the four notes with their days, and keep your street, school or club up to date in fifteen seconds.
