About this template
Breaking news video template in widescreen 16:9 for a local news channel, a city website or a YouTube bulletin. Fifteen seconds on a news theme report one story in four beats over full-frame footage: cyclists on a new lane, a coast road, a junction from above and a civic building.
The look is a television bulletin in navy, red and white. A channel bug with a blinking live dot sits in one corner and a clock runs in real time in the other. Each scene brings a lower third: a red tag, a headline plate that slides in and one line of detail, while a key figure counts up in a side box. A bar along the bottom adds one more headline per scene. Metro 24 and the story are fictional.
Replace the clips, rewrite the four headlines and details, set the key figures and the extra headlines, and publish a bulletin that looks like the evening news.
