Denim guide video template in a 4:5 portrait format for the Instagram and Facebook feed, with a workwear look in indigo and stitch orange. Fifteen seconds cut on a blues guitar go from light to dark: a stack of jeans in different blues, pale folded denim, jackets on a rail and a close-up of raw indigo cloth.
An orange badge in the corner names the guide and a pale pill counts the washes. The lower part of the frame is an indigo panel with a double orange seam along its top edge. The name of each wash lands in tall condensed capitals with one line about its feel and weight in ounces. Under it five colour swatches run from light to dark, and a pale frame slides along the scale to the wash on screen, next to the starting price and a line on what it pairs with. In the last seconds a pale button replaces the pairing. Selvedge & Co. is a fictional brand.
