Elegant portrait 4:5 listing template that an agent can re-text for every property. Five scenes crossfade softly over fifteen seconds: a villa with a pool from a drone, a living room opening onto the garden, a kitchen detail, a bedroom in morning light and an aerial of the house. Harbor & Vine Realty, the address and the price are fictional.
A white info card stays anchored at the bottom for the whole video and only its text changes: a brass label such as "living" or "kitchen", a two-line serif headline about the space, and a spec strip with bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area and pool. The first scene adds a "just listed" label and the price, the last one switches to the open house day and hours with a "book a viewing" button, website and phone number. A dark agency pill and a brass "open house" pill sit at the top, a scene counter in the card corner, and a soft piano plays underneath. Crossfades keep the light canvas from showing through.
