Cinematic 16:9 listing template for a high-end property, built to feel like a film trailer rather than a slideshow. Five clips crossfade slowly over fifteen seconds: an aerial over the estate, the living room with a pool view, a marble kitchen, an infinity terrace and a stone bathroom, each with a gentle zoom under a light tint and black letterbox bars. Hollow Oak Estate, the price and the agent are fictional.
The opening block presents the address in a large serif, a hairline gold rule, the asking price and the key figures: bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and acreage. From the sixth second, gold room captions take over one at a time, each with a short serif line about the space. The estate name and a private listing number sit in the top bar, a two-pixel gold progress line fills along the lower bar, and the close names the agent with a phone number for private viewings. Champagne and gold on black with a classic serif keep the tone restrained.
