About this template
YouTube end screen outro template in 16:9 for the last twelve seconds of a video. Waving at the desk, a ring light and a second take under a dark tint keep the host on screen while the end-screen elements take over.
The design follows the YouTube layout: "thanks for watching!" bounces in at the top, two watch-next cards with window clips, a title and a duration tag slide in from the sides and stay in place for the end-screen elements, a round subscribe disc pulses between them with a bell, a subscriber counter climbs and a typed sign-off closes the video.
Rename the channel, rewrite the two card titles and the sign-off, set the subscriber count and swap the three clips and the two window clips for your own footage.
