Meeting agenda video template in a square 1:1 format for a team channel, a calendar invite or the first screen of a call. Fifteen seconds on an ambient lo-fi loop walk through a half-hour team meeting under footage of colleagues at a table and a whiteboard.
The design is a dark agenda card in charcoal and mint with monospaced times. The meeting name, date and room sit on the footage. Four agenda rows stand below from the first second — start time, item, owner and length. A mint outline slides to the current row, a thin line fills under it while it is on, a tick marks every finished item and a counter says which item you are on. A sign-off button closes the card. Fernwood is a fictional team.
Replace the clips, type your meeting name and time, rewrite the four items with their owners, and send an agenda people actually read before they join.
