Project status report video template in a 5:4 format for a client update, a site meeting screen or a team channel. Fifteen seconds on a deep house loop report on a building project while site footage plays in a tall rounded window on the left.
The layout is a light report page with red, amber and green status colours. The project name and an overall percentage with a bar sit at the top. Four workstream cards are listed below, and one is filled in per scene: a pulsing status dot with the word next to it, a progress bar that grows, a percentage counter and a one-line note. Captions on the footage name the area, the handover date sits at the bottom and a button for the risk log closes the report. Riverside Depot is a fictional project.
Replace the clips, rename the workstreams, set each status, percentage and note, and send a weekly report that takes fifteen seconds to watch.
