About this template
Sunday reset Reel template in a vertical 9:16 format for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Fourteen seconds of a messy floor, a pile being sorted, laundry folded into a basket and the room after, under a faint sage tint with a white flash on every cut.
The design is a before-and-after checklist: a story header, a tilted BEFORE sticker on the first scene that becomes AFTER on the last, Sunday reset in a rounded face that bounces in, a timer that runs to 45:00, a four-task checklist whose check marks land one per scene, a mess-level bar that drains and a tidy-score counter on the last scene.
Rename the handle, rewrite the four tasks and the timer line, change the score and swap the four clips for your own clean-up footage; the checks follow the scene cuts and the bar drains over the whole reel.
