Customer review video template in a vertical 9:16 format for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Stories. Fifteen seconds cut on an upbeat acoustic guitar show customers opening their orders at home: a parcel unwrapped on the sofa, a lid lifted from a small box, a package unpacked at the kitchen counter and packing fill tossed in the air.
