The design is a studio card: a serif monogram fades up while its scale settles on keyframes, the studio name zooms in from large in spaced caps with a soft glow, two rules grow out from the centre around an italic presents line and a small roman numeral year fades in last; a slow push carries the whole card.
Replace the monogram, the studio name, the presents line and the year, keep or drop the letterbox and swap the smoke background for your own atmosphere footage if you prefer.
