New Year resolutions reel template in a vertical 9:16 format for Reels, TikTok and Stories. Fourteen seconds of a list being written, a sunrise run on the beach, yoga by the sea and a stretch in the kitchen under a faint peach tint, with soft dissolves between the scenes.
The design is a notebook: a kicker, Four resolutions I will actually keep in an italic serif, a RESOLUTION 1 to 4 counter on a terracotta plate, a cream card per scene with a ruled line, the resolution and a how-line, a check box whose check mark lands a second later, a DAYS KEPT bar with a 0 to 365 counter and a save label.
Type your own four resolutions and how-lines, change the kicker and the save line and swap the four clips for your own footage; the cards and the check marks follow the scene cuts.
