Paint colour video template in a square 1:1 format for Instagram and Facebook, built like a giant paint chip that changes colour as you watch. Fifteen seconds cut on a retro pop beat show a roller on a bare wall, a roller loaded with stripes of colour, a fan deck spread open and swatches turned over in the hands.
The footage fills the upper part of the frame and the lower part is one flat block of colour. With every scene the block fades to the next shade — clay, sage, blue, oat — while the colour name in an elegant serif and its number change with it. The small print and the progress line switch between white and dark ink so they stay readable on every shade, and a ring moves along a row of four chips to mark the colour on screen. A button for ordering a tester appears at the end. Tinta is a fictional paint brand.
