About this template
Polar plunge template in 16:9 for an event page, YouTube and the club screen. Thirteen seconds of swimmers running into the sea at sunrise, a frozen lake from above and a man climbing out of icy water under a navy tint with dissolves between the clips.
The design is a dare: a thermometer whose liquid drops with a counter beside the bulb, a spaced kicker, a heavy two-line headline that zooms in, a ring that counts down to the whistle, three stat tiles with counters, a dip-dash-dry stepper that lights one disc per scene, an ice-blue waiver pill with a heartbeat and a typed towel line.
Set the water temperature, the date, the place and the three stats, rewrite the stepper labels and the closing line, recolour the ice blue and swap the three clips for your own beach footage.
