About this template
Gym promo template in a vertical 9:16 format for Reels, TikTok and Stories. Twelve seconds of a squat rack, chalked hands, a rowing machine and a tunnel of equipment under a wash that pulses with the bass, with a red flash on every cut.
The design is a hard-sell membership offer: NO EXCUSES in a tall condensed face whose letters stagger in, a gym kicker, a monthly price plate with the old price struck through, a tilted first-month-free sticker that pulses, three benefit rows that tick, a 48-hour countdown that ticks and a join-now pill with a heartbeat.
Rename the gym, set the price and the deadline, rewrite the three benefits and swap the four clips for your own training footage.
