Quiet vertical template for a boutique hotel that sells the feeling of staying rather than a list of amenities. Three scenes play over fifteen seconds: the coast at dusk from the air, a light-filled suite with a sea view and breakfast on the terrace, each fading gently into the next so the picture never dips to black. A soft piano carries the clip and the video sound is muted. Luma Stay is a fictional hotel.
A small header with the hotel name and "boutique hotel" stays at the top for the whole video. Each scene gets a numbered chapter label, a large serif headline such as "wake up to the sea" or "rooms full of light", and one line of quiet copy underneath. The last scene turns into the offer: "reserve your dates", the "stay a little longer" line and the hotel's location. A soft gradient keeps the text readable, and everything sits clear of the story interface. Cream, gold and ink with Playfair Display and DM Sans keep it elegant.
Swap the three clips for your own property, rewrite the chapter lines and the closing offer, rename the hotel and post it as a story or a reel.
