Webinar video template in a square 1:1 format for LinkedIn, Instagram and an event page, as tidy as the invite it replaces. Fifteen seconds on a lo-fi hip-hop beat show someone joining from home, the speaker in the room, the speaker on a laptop screen and a viewer following from the sofa.
The card is white with ink, electric blue and a signal red. The footage plays in a window with rounded corners under a LIVE badge with a blinking dot, and a caption on the footage gives one reason to join per scene. Below, the title and the speaker’s name and role lead to the date, time and length, and the number of people already registered counts up in blue. On the right a four-point agenda runs with its times, and a pale highlight and a blue marker move down the list as the scenes change. A blue button saves a seat. Northwind Academy and the speaker are fictional.
Replace the clips with your own speaker and audience, set the title, the date and the agenda, update the registration count, and post an invite that reads like an event already under way.
