About this template
Coming-soon construction announcement template in a widescreen 16:9 format for a developer's website, hoarding screens and YouTube. Fifteen seconds of a crane, painting, a plan, a drawing and a facade under a dark tint, with an amber flash on every cut and a hazard stripe along the foot.
The design reports progress: COMING SPRING slides up beside a year counter, a stepper lights FOUNDATIONS, STRUCTURE, FIT-OUT and OPENING one per scene over a build bar with a percent counter, four spec rows count their figures beside leaders, a show-apartment ribbon unfurls, the price line and a register-interest pill close.
Rename the project and the developer, set the season, the year and the figures, rewrite the rows and swap the five clips for your own site footage.
