About this template
Vet clinic check-up reminder template in a 4:5 portrait format for Instagram, Facebook and a reminder message to clients. Sixteen seconds of clinic footage under a soft blue tint with a white flash on every cut.
The design is a clinic card: a REMINDER tag, a check-up headline with the pet's name, a white card with a stethoscope emoji, the clinic and the vet, a four-item checklist whose green ticks pop in scene by scene, a next-visit countdown counter, the opening hours and a pulsing book label.
Rename the pet, the clinic and the vet, change the checklist items, set the countdown and the hours and swap the four clips for your own clinic; the ticks follow the scene cuts automatically.
