About this template
Meditation app promo template in a 4:5 portrait format for the Instagram and Facebook feed. Fourteen seconds of a balcony sit, a quiet room, a bed and a breath by the window, with dissolves between the scenes under a plum tint.
The design slows everything down: a soft headline in a serif rises in, a breathing circle grows and shrinks on keyframes with INHALE and EXHALE that swap, a session timer counts down inside a ring, three calm feature bullets, a streak counter with a row of day discs that light up, a rating plate and a try-seven-days-free pill.
Rename the app, set the session length, the streak and the rating, rewrite the features and swap the four clips for your own footage.
